      Ingredients
    - 2 medium onions (peeled)
 - 1 clove of garlic (peeled and crushed)
 - 1 medium leek (trimmed)
 - 1/2 fresh red chili (finely chopped)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp ground cumin
 - 1 tsp paprika powder
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - 2 tbsp tomato purée
 - 1 can of green lentils (drained and rinsed)
 - 1 can of red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
 - 1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
 - 1 can of chopped tomatoes
 - 230ml/8 fl oz vegetable stock
 - Fresh coriander leaves
 - 1 lime
 - Sour cream
 - 6 jacket potatoes
 - Salt and black pepper
 
Preparation
    将洋葱、蒜、韭葱和红辣椒剁碎并放入用油预热好的大号煎锅中。煎大约 5 分钟,或煎至软化。加入辣椒粉和干蔬菜,然后煎 2 分钟。拌入番茄泥并再煮 2 分钟。拌入扁豆、黑豆和碎番茄,再倒入菜汤。煮至小沸,然后调至小火,焖炖 20 分钟。配带皮土豆享用最佳,边上散放香菜叶、酸橙瓣和一勺酸奶。
