白酒蛤蜊意面

Ingredients
- 1kg/2.2 lbs clams
- 500g/1.1 lbs spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 3 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bunch flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
- pepper
Preparation
冲洗蛤蜊数次,直到去除所有沙砾。根据包装上的说明将意面煮至有嚼劲。在煎锅中热油。将葱蒜炒至透明色。加入蛤蜊,盖上锅盖,煮几分钟,直到蛤蜊开壳。撒上欧芹。冲洗意面并与蛤蜊混合。用胡椒调味。
