Ingredients
- 350g/12.3 oz of lean ground beef
- 1 large onion (finely diced)
- 5 tomatoes (dice 3, slice 2)
- 1 green bell pepper (seeds and veins removed, minced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (seeds and veins removed, minced)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 115ml/4 fl oz water
- 55ml/2 fl oz cider vinegar
- 50ml/1.7 fl oz chili sauce
- 50ml/1.7 fl oz ketchup
- 8 whole-wheat hamburger buns (toasted if desired)
- Fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation
将牛肉馅摊入预热的大号不粘煎锅中;用中火煎大约 1 分钟,直到开始发出嘶嘶声。加入洋葱和胡椒煮大约 10 分钟,用木勺将牛肉分开,不时搅拌,直到蔬菜变软,水分蒸发。加入西红柿和面粉;搅拌均匀。拌入水、醋、辣椒酱和番茄酱并开始炖,不断搅拌。调至小火并再煮大约 10 分钟,不时搅拌,直到汁水变浓稠,洋葱变得很柔软。用一些西红柿和新鲜欧芹点缀。
