山核桃煎饼

      Ingredients
    - 120g/4.2 oz all-purpose flour
 - 50g/1.7 oz pecans (toasted)
 - 1 tsp granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp light brown sugar
 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp baking soda
 - 1/8 tsp salt
 - 240ml/8.4 fl oz nonfat buttermilk
 - 1 tbsp peanut oil
 - 1 large egg
 - Maple syrup
 
Preparation
    将前 8 种原料搅拌在一起,直到混合均匀。在碗中搅打牛奶、油和鸡蛋;倒入面粉中搅拌。大煎锅轻轻涂油加热,倒入一小勺面糊制作煎饼。煎饼烤 2-3 分钟。翻边再烤。放上山核桃仁和枫糖浆。即可食用!
