摩洛哥花椰菜蒸粗麦粉

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 4 tablespoons pistachio nuts, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Ras el Hanout (Moroccan spice mix)
- Salt and pepper
- 6 pitted dates, chopped
- Peel of one preserved lemon (Moroccan lemon), thinly sliced
- 1 bunch flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
Preparation
用食物搅拌机搅碎花椰菜。在煎锅中热油并加入花椰菜和开心果果仁,中火煎,搅拌 1-2 分钟。用摩洛哥综合香料、盐和胡椒调味。加入去核枣和柠檬皮,搅拌均匀。用平叶欧芹点缀。小贴士:您也可用蔬菜刨将花椰菜刨成小片。
