羊排配薄荷酱

      Ingredients
    - 1 teaspoon of butter
 - 12 lamb chops
 - Salt and pepper
 - 2 bunches mint
 - 1 tablespoon sugar
 - 2 to 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
 - Salt and pepper
 - Dash of olive oil
 
Preparation
