Ingredients
- 50g/1.7 oz butter
- 1kg/2.2 lbs mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 8 slices of bread for toasting
- 1 bunch flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
- garnish: 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation
在煎锅中融化一茶匙黄油,并用蒜蓉将蘑菇煮至柔嫩。用盐和胡椒调味。放于一旁(保温)。在融化的黄油中将面包煎至金黄。在每片面包上放足量的蘑菇。用平叶欧芹点缀。配柠檬瓣享用。
