蘑菇吐司

Ingredients
- 50g/1.7 oz butter
- 1kg/2.2 lbs mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 8 slices of bread for toasting
- 1 bunch flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
- garnish: 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation
在煎鍋中融化一茶匙黃油,並用蒜蓉將蘑菇煮至柔嫩。用鹽和胡椒調味。放於一旁(保溫)。在融化的黃油中將麵包煎至金黃。在每片麵包上放足量的蘑菇。用平葉歐芹點綴。配檸檬瓣享用。
