青南瓜炒意面配三文魚

      Ingredients
    - 600g/1.3 lbs salmon, cubed
 - 2 courgettes / zucchini
 - 1 tablespoon peanut oil
 - 2 tablespoon olive oil
 - 200g/7 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
 - Salt and pepper
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 clove of garlic, minced
 - Pinch of paprika
 - Pinch of chili powder
 - 1/2 organic lemon
 - Salt and pepper
 - Garnish: Fresh basil
 
Preparation
    醃泡汁:在碗中混合橄欖油、蒜、紅辣椒粉、辣椒粉和磨碎的檸檬皮。用鹽和胡椒調味。將醃泡汁倒在三文魚塊上,醃制數分鐘。同時,用蔬菜刨將青南瓜一片片刨入“意面”中。在煎鍋中熱花生油。將青南瓜意面和蒜蓉一起煮 2 分鐘,直到變成透明狀。用鹽和胡椒調味並從鍋中取出。放在一旁。在同一口鍋中煮三文魚 3-4 分鐘,煮至柔嫩。從鍋中取出三文魚,並小煮一會聖女果。將所有原料放回鍋中,用大火加熱一會。用新鮮紫蘇點綴。
