山核桃煎餅

      Ingredients
    - 120g/4.2 oz all-purpose flour
 - 50g/1.7 oz pecans (toasted)
 - 1 tsp granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp light brown sugar
 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp baking soda
 - 1/8 tsp salt
 - 240ml/8.4 fl oz nonfat buttermilk
 - 1 tbsp peanut oil
 - 1 large egg
 - Maple syrup
 
Preparation
    將前 8 種原料攪拌在一起,直到混合均勻。在碗中攪打牛奶、油和雞蛋;倒入麵粉中攪拌。大煎鍋輕輕塗油加熱,倒入一小勺麵糊製作煎餅。煎餅烤 2-3 分鐘。翻邊再烤。放上山核桃仁和楓糖漿。即可食用!
