Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 fennel bulb, chopped, any fronds reserved for garnish
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 350ml/12.3 fl oz white wine
- 750ml/26.3 fl oz chicken broth
- 450g/1 lb red-skinned potatoes, quartered
- 1 or 2 lobsters (750g total weight)
- 2 ears of corn, each cut into 3 pieces
- 24 mussels, scrubbed and debearded
- 24 clams, scrubbed
- 12 large shrimp in the shell
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
在大湯鍋中用中大火熱油。加入洋蔥、蒜、剁碎的茴香和百里香,用鹽和胡椒調味。煮約 8 分鐘,直至茴香軟化。加入幹白再煮 5 分鐘。加入雞湯,然後加入土豆和龍蝦。蓋上鍋,煮 10 分鐘。打開鍋蓋,放入玉米、丝绸壳菜蛤、蛤蜊和蝦,並蓋緊。再煮 10 分鐘。丟掉所有未開殼的丝绸壳菜蛤和蛤蜊。用茴香葉和檸檬瓣點綴,即可享用。
